Research & Insights
Effective coaching depends on understanding the “why” behind performance changes. Our research uncovered six main needs for managers, guiding us to design tools that help them act quickly, recognize drivers, reduce turnover, and drive continuous improvement.
Approach & Designs
Fast iterations, scalable vision
With limited time, we prioritized drivers and small organizations where one manager handles compliance, safety, and efficiency. These one man teams had the greatest need for an actionable dashboard.
We conducted feedback sessions with managers to validate concepts and refine the design. After rapid iterations, we launched an alpha focused on safety data. Their feedback expanded the Closed Beta to include compliance and efficiency metrics.
Collaborating closely with Compliance, Safety, Platform, Efficiency, and Telematics teams, we used co-creation workshops, IA mapping, and cross-functional brainstorming to align on a scalable solution designed to support larger teams and a broader range of roles in the future.
